Absolutely Loved Vanessa she was so lovely to work with and patient. i have twin boys and they usually have me all over the place thankfully Vanessa was EXTREMELY patient with us and even gave the boys a yummy recommendation that they now consider their new favorite. thank you starbucks and thank you Vanessa the industry deserves more people like you!

Nikki is one of the best her personality is everything I walk in she make me smile. I love her energy. We need more people like her life will be better. I just wanna thank her for her Energy and making me feel comfortable to be there. Me and my friend walked out of there with nothing but smiles on our face

Oh my! Starbucks Coffee Company was such a great experience! The moment I walked in, the aroma of freshly brewed coffee was amazing. Oh my, my drink was made perfectly—smooth, rich, and full of flavor. It paired perfectly with the food, which was fresh, delicious, and exactly what I was craving. Every bite and every sip hit the spot! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and worked quickly even though they were busy. The atmosphere was warm, relaxing, and the perfect place to enjoy a coffee, catch up with friends, or get a little work done. Oh my, it's easy to see why so many people love coming here. I'll definitely be back for another coffee and something tasty to eat! Greg out!

Placed a mobile order and the girl was being weird towards me. She handed me my coffee that I ordered in a grande cup, but they made it in a tall cup and put the grande cup over it.

This store is a complete disaster and easily the worst location anyone could visit. The management needs to get rid of the current staff immediately because it is clear they have no idea how to conduct themselves or speak to customers with any level of professionalism. Either train these employees properly or tell them to find another job they are actually capable of doing.It is irrelevant how much money these workers think they have; at the end of the day, they are servers at a coffee shop and should act like it. They need to stop acting as if they are high-level shareholders and start focusing on basic service. They should stop the power trips and just do the job they were hired for.
